Called Company newly referred by one of our team members, not only did the company coordinate for a ER service call SO QUICKLY, the Plumber who responded his name is James, called before scheduled arrival, this is a first and stated his arrival time which was on time, came in diagnosed the two issues with toilet and tub, had all parts on his vehicle, repaired the problems and was completely finished in record time…

We decided to redo our 20-year-old kitchen and it was extremely challenging finding someone we thought was dependable enough for us to hire. We met with several companies and did not feel comfortable with any of them. Then we met Jose at LuJo Floors. He came to our house to look at the area and immediately understood what we were trying to do. He provided excellent suggestions on how to do things better and sent us a computer rendering of how it would look. After a little tweaking here and there, we decided to give them a chance with the project and are so glad we did. Our kitchen turned out great and the entire experience was much easier than we expected.
