I hired DFS In-Home Services to replace a roof for an office building I own. I checked with a few companies and after reviewing all the bids, I found that DFS In-Home Services not only gave me a good price, but provided the most professional contract that I felt protected me well as a business owner. The work was completed on time, the price did not change, all the work was done professionally, best materials, no issues with any part of the roof and they left the property very clean as what they promised. There was an issue with a window that was damaged during the roof installation, but DFS In-Home Services took care of it immediately and without any hassle.

The final result was awesome considering the age of the bathroom. Matt was the best professional I have dealt with through ServiceMagic so far, he accommodated my schedule into the job, and was done in a short amount of time even with a few hiccups with weather during the job.
