My husband and I highly recommend Charleston Premier Workz. You all did an outstanding job on our home. We felt like one of those couples on a HGTV remodeling show. We are over the top happy with the final results. We had most of our downstairs renovated: upgraded fireplace, hardwood floors, a complete kitchen makeover with all new appliances, cabinets and granite, a wall removal for an open concept, French patio doors, a new ceiling fan, installation of a big screen television and painting. JR prices were very reasonable. The projects were completed within the estimated timeframe. We look forward to working with Charleston Premier Workz again in the near future. JR came out within days of me calling for an estimate. Project was a 1,400 sf commercial unit within a strip center. His wife helped me with the layout and drew a rendering of what I was looking for with the renovation. They were able to start work immediately after we agreed upon the work and the price. They put in a new ceiling, two additional offices, removed doorways and added new ones, added all new drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, small kitchen - complete gut and remodel. The tenant was very pleased with the results. JR was always very prompt at responding to my calls and requests. His workers were polite and kept the job site pretty clean. While they were working on this job I had several small jobs come up that they took care of immediately for me. I was happy with the price, attention given to the job and the work. I plan on using them again for other jobs.

Pressed for time, JR and his team really helped me out. I bought a house that needs lots of repairs and updates, with only a couple weeks to move in, the floors were rough and needed attention first. They sanded and polyurethaned the floors in a few days. JR told me about all the different polys and stains and made me confident that i went with the right guys. I love my floors.

Jay R and the Charleston Premier Workz crew recently did some work on our front porch. Reconstructed the threshold to stop a leak, repaired the flooring on the inside damaged from the leak and replaced the porch ceiling. The repainted everything to match the original colors. The work was top notch, high quality materials and worksmanship. What a great job, the front porch looks like new! I use Jay R and CPW exclusively! Highly recommend them for your home repairs and remodeling!

I am remodeling and needed a general contractor to build a wall to turn an open space into an additional bedroom. A relative recommended Kustum Kunstrukshun from their recent bathroom remodel. Josh and his team did an amazing job!! The work is gorgeous and seamless! He put in French doors, worked the wall with the new flooring, and even patched some holes throughout the house with drywall. He was friendly, reliable, and finished the job within the estimated time given. I’ve had many different contractors during this remodel this year and I am most impressed by Kustum Kunstrukshun. I would definitely recommend Josh and his team for any general contracting jobs.

The time came to replace the old-fashioned tub with a walk-in shower for safety purposes. Josh and his crew and subs did an excellent job from ripping everything down to the studs to waterproofing , meticulously setting tile, plumbing the new shower head, regulator and installing the sliding glass doors. The Finishing Touch came out to help our rescue put together facilities to house stray and feral cats while they recover from their spay/neuter surgeries. Owner Jim De Luccia completed all the work himself, and generously donated his time and materials to help both our rescue, and the community animals of Orange County. We could not be happier with the results!
