One year ago , we were living in Maryland very happily. Events then got us to thinking about moving back to the West Coast. Which led us to start looking at options open to us. We looked at lots in different areas of Southern Oregon. We looked at new construction. We looked at preowned houses. Our search led us to a design and lot Rispoli Design had on the MLS. We made a trip out, put our down payment in escrow, went back to Maryland, sold our house and moved across the U.S. we watched the house go up from the ground up. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and a genuinely pleasant group to deal with. Only criticism is that project plans - at least in our case - are just boilerplate and don’t really reflect the work or your pending tasks. They essentially act as placeholders for a target date. It didn’t have a negative impact on our project per se, but some may find it less so.
