I reached out to Jordan to help a client out with some repairs after a home inspection. We were down to the wire and had called several contractors. Jordan was the only contractor that answered his phone. He came out the same day and looked at the job and gave an estimate. The very next day he came back out and completed the repairs. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and a genuinely pleasant group to deal with. Only criticism is that project plans - at least in our case - are just boilerplate and don’t really reflect the work or your pending tasks. They essentially act as placeholders for a target date. It didn’t have a negative impact on our project per se, but some may find it less so.
