JR and his team installed a custom kitchen island and coffee stand/cabinet for me. JR did a great job of helping me to maximize my space (which is smaller than ideal for what I was seeking). He was patient with my lack of knowledge around the work itself and was able to transform my very layman's vision into something real. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and a genuinely pleasant group to deal with. Only criticism is that project plans - at least in our case - are just boilerplate and don’t really reflect the work or your pending tasks. They essentially act as placeholders for a target date. It didn’t have a negative impact on our project per se, but some may find it less so.

From start to finish, the process was seamless. We love our new bathroom!

Chris and crew undertook an extremely complicated remodel of a failed and rotting flagstone deck totaling over 3000 sq feet with a large tree well in the center and surrounded by existing stone posts. The original design was intended to be dry underneath, which failed. The remodel accomplished this with Trex RainEscape with complex drainage directions and underdeck PVC piping. Water-proofing with flashing and sealing over abutting rock walls and stone posts required attention to detail and great creativity. The existing joists had to be leveled with “sleepers” attached to the sides of the joists to match the tops of concrete stairs. This crew was a joy to work with and their problem solving skills and ability to innovate to deal with unfamiliar problems were impressive. The finished product was aesthetic and functional perfection without a leak in sight. Despite the unpredictable nature of the project from the outset with a lot of unknowns, the final price was impressively close to the initial quote. They deserve the highest possible recommendation.

From tear down to completion, Chris Hutter did everything he promised, and our new Trex deck is simply beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased. Chris is a master craftsman, the construction detail is 5 star quality, and he finished on time and on budget!
