We cannot say enough about the renovation to our master bath. John is representative of the level of craftsmanship and professionalism that is hard to find nowadays. We wanted a particular look to the bathroom. He was helpful giving his thoughts and guidance throughout. His attention to detail and his work ethic far exceeded what we expected. In planning to renovate a 1950's bathroom, I was cautious in deciding on a contractor. However the thoroughness, thoughtful assessment and time spent by John Arnone during the initial meeting impressed me, along with evaluations by previous customers. John was consistently prompt in responding, from preliminary estimate, to numerous inquiries, to providing a contract. Throughout the renovation he demonstrated a professional commitment to the quality of his work, which he obviously enjoys and takes a great deal of pride in. I am very particular about workmanship and John's conscientious attention to detail and extra efforts-the flawless tile work, the custom finish of the wainscoting trim, accommodating special requests-further demonstrate his standards. The renovation was not without unanticipated problems, the first due to a hidden cast iron pipe in a sixty year old house that would have interfered with the new floor. John quickly made a recommendation and as quickly arranged for a plumber to remedy the situation, resulting in no overall time lost. The second problem involved a toilet I had purchased independently several months before contracting Arnone Building. Although usable, the toilet sat too far from the wall, primarily because I had chosen the incorrect size. Though essentially not his problem, John went beyond what he had to and was exceptional in assisting and finding a workable resolution to correct it. My experience with Arnone Building was nothing but positive. John Arnone is hard working, customer service oriented, and adept at problem solving. I have already discussed a future project with John and without hesitation will for subsequent ones.
