Removal of walk in shower base, re-tile base, and entire garden tub deck, re-grout floor and replace glass shower enclosure. Also fix drywall and trim from leak. Cobblestone Remodeling had done a lot of work in my building and I noticed they were working on one of the units. It was being gut rehabbed by them, so I decided to go talk with their manager about doing my own unit.
