This company is the best I've ever dealt with. I have lived in 3 different homes in FL, used a lot of different contractors and Garcia and Sons were the most professional I've ever hired. Miguel came to go over the project with us in detail and give an estimate on price and time. His crew arrived when he said they would..and finished on time. They took off a popcorn ceiling, skim coated and made a flat surface, repaired drywall, took down 9 ft floor to ceiling mirrors, added new baseboards, painted all walls and trim, even louvered closet doors, added new drawer pulls to an already renovated kitchen and now his cleaning crew is doing a deep clean and I couldn't be happier. These guys worked hard every day they were here and got it done! I will definitely be using them on a few projects in the future and I highly recommend them for your home renovation needs.

Having done several different remodeling over the years in Sarasota, I have yet to come across a home improvement company as professional as this company. The whole staff/owner should be very proud of the way they conduct business; a true refreshment when there are so many “bad” remodeling companies out there. They also have an amazing showroom where you can actually touch and feel the product, coupled with an excellent designer staff. First class all the way is the only way I can describe this company.

If quality of work using outstanding professionals and subs is important to you, then this Sarasota remodeling company is the best choice. Every aspect of the job was superbly accomplished to our exacting satisfaction. Our on-site supervisor made sure that the work stayed on schedule and was done to his, and our, specifications. The job site was routinely cleaned after each day of work, and the rest of our home was given excellent protection from dust, etc. Cabex may not be your “low cost remodeler”, but in our opinion, they are well worth a few extra dollars to make sure you have a lifetime of enjoyment with your remodeling. I would conclude with this: oftentimes a dispute over workmanship or other quality issues arises with the remodel, but this is not the case with Cabex as they quickly move on any issues and insure that any subs they use get the job done right!
