I loved having the Ashcrafts at Spettro L.L.C. do the remodeling of my 100 year old home. They fixed the sinking foundation, gutted and re-did a brand new kitchen, new bathroom, fixed a squeaking floor, new LVP flooring, fixed old cracked plaster and lath, put in walls to make bedrooms upstairs, and plumbed for a 1/2 bath upstairs. Not to mention new plumbing, new HVAC system, new wiring, and upgraded the electric box into the house.

Thanks for your excellent work on my home. It turned out so beautiful. Interestingly enough, some of the things I am enjoying the most are the trash can in the cabinet (I’m so glad we moved the window over to allow for that cabinet to be to the left of the sink), the under-cabinet lights, and the wide space between the island and the desk/refrigerator/pantry. And of course, I’m glad the flooring is done so much better than my previous builder had done it.
