As a normal practice I do not give a written opinion regarding the work a company completed on my house. I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job. From the initial meeting to select the tile and materials, the demolition and the rebuild it was obvious they have the expertise to do the job and they take pride in their workmanship and strive to meet and or exceed their customers’ expectations. This was a job well done, thanks to all.

Leslie, and her crew did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. My experience with the total remodel was a very positive one. In fact, I extended the construction to include a mudroom. This company did a bathroom for us. They sent one of their employees named James Palmones. He is a real dedicated employee. His work was top notch, he showed no short cuts and always dd the job to the best of his ability. He spent many hours without goofing off or wasting our time. A real dedicated employee. My wife and I would have him working on any part of our house. His knowledge with all different aspects of construction was exceptional.
