We used URG to add a second story over half of our house - this included a new bathroom, two new rooms, several new windows/doors, a rooftop patio, and a significant amount of structural work and 'leveling' of our old home. URG did an awesome job on the addition/remodel - and we will certainly work with them in the future!

We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good.

They removed the old Jacuzzi tub, moved the toilet, moved the linen closet, built a huge new double shower, and replaced the floor with new ceramic tile. Stevan did an awesome job on our kitchen. He did the major work like demo. electrical, placing beams on a couple of load bearing walls, etc. and we planned on doing the easier stuff like floors and backsplash. We appreciate the advice he gave us on what to do on our DIY projects. There were a few unexpected things that came up (guess that happens when you gut a kitchen) and he was still able to finish the project on time even with some additional tasks.
