Mimar Construction has an amazing team of contractors that offer great quality of work and professionalism from the first day you hire them. I was referred to them by a friend who had a great experience with them. I needed my roof and chimney redone because they were old. I spoke with Ryan and he was very helpful! They will walk you through the design process and if you come across any questions or concerns, they're always ready to answer and resolve them in a timely manner. Preparing to list our 4-Family replica Victorian investment property For Sale, I interviewed 4 highly-rated contractors. I went with Goias Home Improvement for a few reasons. From the moment the company’s owner Gil arrived to review the job with me, I could see I was dealing with someone who pays attention to detail and actually cares to understand his client’s goals. He was obviously knowledgable and made several useful suggestions, all of which took my project budget into consideration. The job entailed several miscellaneous interior and exterior repairs, including replicating some existing ornamental woodwork which his carpenters did an impressive job fabricating onsite prior to installing. His painters did an excellent job on some rather detailed woodwork which required skillful hands. Additionally, there was quite a bit of tile work, which was done meticulously. All in all, Gil and his team did a quality job within the promised time-frame, and he actually did it for a price I considered very reasonable. What else could I say? I highly recommend this company

All County first did a waterproofing job on our basement, then two years later we hired them again to finish the space. The handled adding a bathroom, heat/ac as well as all the drywall and finishing. We were happy with the work and the team on site was friendly, helpful and generally pleasant to have around for several months. Like all home improvements it took longer than planned, but we are happy with the results.
