King’s Renovation came in and fixed my house up after some water damage that ruined my whole main floor. Once materials came in they got me scheduled in really quickly and about just as fast they installed all new vinyl flooring, tiled my bathroom, installed a toilet and vanity, a new door, and all of the trim work down stairs.

The one big thing for us was the timeline because I was expecting our first child. It was really important to us to have a working kitchen when our baby came and we also had a pretty tight budget. When I think about hiring Elliot, the main thing I notice is his communication skills and the quality of his work. He's very good at communicating what needs to be done, what's entailed, if there's another way of way of doing it that might be less expensive and still gives me the quality I want.
