Anastasios was a great contractor to work with from start to finish. I had a small-ish project in Manhattan which included installing new hardwood floors, skimming and painting the walls, and removing and replacing closet doors. I was a little wary of trying contract painters from an online service, but I am happy that I did. The painter recommended by my coop office would not have been available for six weeks, while A&D arranged for painting within two business days. And, they did a terrific job. The paint looks perfect. A&D’s quote was about 20% less than the coop recommended painter. They were extremely responsive, clear and helpful. If my experience is typical, you should go straight to A&D.
