David's Remodeling has been working on projects, large and small, for me for many years. They recently did an extensive re-do of my kitchen, taking the walls down to the studs, raising the ceiling and moving beams. There were many challenges in my 100 yr. old house which David met intelligently and handled wonderfully. The outcome is fantastic! Prior to the kitchen, they did a large bathroom remodel for me - taking an existing bathroom, bedroom and hallway space, reconfiguring it into a large master bath and closet. Once again, the job was done to perfection.

We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. John did all the tile work in the kitchen and bath, matching it perfectly with the existing tile in both rooms.
