We used URG to add a second story over half of our house - this included a new bathroom, two new rooms, several new windows/doors, a rooftop patio, and a significant amount of structural work and 'leveling' of our old home. We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good.
