Remodeling Montgomery Village

I’m a property manager for a condo association. After Euro Design Remodel completed the commercial job flawlessly in 2012, I had to have them come out to my home. They have A+ ratings with Angie’s List & BBB. The commercial job involved working with nine unit owners replacing 56 windows, wrapping window framing, and some minor repairs to old windows as well as wrapping those too. All nine unit owners were pleased and had only good things to say about all the guys that worked on the project which lasted one week. They finished on time and made sure everything was perfect before ever asking for final payment. Tomas (owner) had great follow up and did onsite check-ins with me daily. They were very respectful of the businesses and working within their schedules.

Complete remodel of masterbath including walk in shower, and free standing tub. Stone tiles on floor and walls. Started with Rafael giving us ideas for design and shopping with us for tiles. Then Tome and his crew came in and under took the remodel displaying excellent craftsmanship from start to finish. Cleaned up well every night. High quality workmanship.

John Winnington and his crew worked in my house because the house has settled severely. They had to level the uneven, downsloping floors, correct the crooked doors, paint, install carpet/linoleum, and change a leaky faucet. John and his crew were very pleasant to work with and they did a great job. Defects that started as a major cause of stress for me were corrected properly and nicely. His fees were very reasonable. I contacted Edram to fix existing water leaks around my windows. Edvin identified the issues and detailed the repairs needed in his written estimate. Although the scope of the project grew after other issues were discovered during the repairs, Edvin and his crew stayed on the job full time for several days until the repairs were 100% completed. The repairs appear to have finally fixed our water leak issues.

Way way better than expected. There are always stories about contractors being difficult to contact, not showing up, etc. NOT THIS COMPANY! These guys were amazing; started early, on time every time and worked a full day. They were all polite and friendly, but the thing that stands out most to my husband and I is the quality of their work. Unbelievable. We used the word “artist” more than once. The best painting we’ve ever seen. Immaculate work, sharp, neat lines. No shortcuts were taken on anything. Every little detail was done top notch. The owner, Mr. Ramirez, was often on site and did much of the work. He was very easy to talk to and explained things clearly. If we came up with an idea, he was all for it and would improve on it and then make it happen. This company will not let you down. We had a whole house renovation. We took a home built in 1792 and made the bathroom and doors ADA compliant, painted, wallpapered, put book shelves in, carpeted, all new floors, new kitchen appliances, backsplash, 2 ceiling fans and 11 light fixtures, all new fixtures in both bathrooms. They also made the ugliest bathroom I’ve ever seen into a spa like, beautifully tiled, gleaming, spacious room. And they were so tidy, squared away the materials and swept every day. Far exceeded expectations and so nice. We miss them! But our house is perfect now-no more work to be done. Someone else’s turn now. :)
