He's a fabulous design contractor but on top of that you get the design quality and he understands what my needs are. He showed me every single process we were going through and he knew exactly what I was talking about and it was always perfect.

The one big thing for us was the timeline because I was expecting our first child. It was really important to us to have a working kitchen when our baby came and we also had a pretty tight budget. Elliot came in and he gave us very straight forward estimates about what it was going to cost. He really got the most out of the money we spent on the project. Everything was done when the baby came so we were very happy on both the budget and time line. Mike is a true pleasure to work with. He's honest and we couldn't be happier with our end result.

When I think about hiring Elliot, the main thing I notice is his communication skills and the quality of his work. He's very good at communicating what needs to be done, what's entailed, if there's another way of way of doing it that might be less expensive and still gives me the quality I want. He always has alternate suggestions if one is necessary and if I don't even know what I am asking for he always has an idea.

I cannot believe Yelp didn’t have these guys and so I added them. Well, everything I want to say will sound like gushing, over-the-top praise, so I’m going to try to keep it direct and to the point.  I am so over-the-moon on the job they did, I cannot praise them high enough.  I was so despondent over my bathroom and it was quite an odyssey trying to find a contractor that wouldn’t flake on me.  UGH!  It was a nightmare.  If I can add pics on this review, I will.  These guys came in and got it done in a week.  The price was more than fair and they even fixed problems that I knew I had but was afraid of what it would cost to fix. I’m so in love with my new bathroom, I could cry, seriously.  It’s so beautiful!!!  I have such a tiny house and the bathroom was such a nightmare but now it’s my favorite room in the house. Then guess what happened?  One morning I go into my bathroom to take a shower and the tub is full of yucky water.  Whaaaaa?  So I call GTL and I sent them a pic of it. They came out right away and found it was a clog but where?  They got to work trying find the clog and finally we had to take out the cabinets in the kitchen to get to the pipe with the clog.  Once they pulled out the cabinets, the cabinets collapsed. Full of mold.  So was the back wall.  Well of course I had a mild heart attack.  They found the clog, replaced the wall and we got new cabinets.  They fixed the bad plumbing job that had caused the disaster.  All for less than $600. Part of me doesn’t want to tell anyone about them because I’m trying to save up money so I can hire them for the next project, my horrible bedroom, but that’s not right.  Remembering all I went through for a proper contractor, the least I could do is share my good fortune in finding GTL.  So grab them if you can.  But I call dibs.

This was my first big remolding project I've ever done. They rebuild our entire kitchen from top to bottom. Loved how professional and communicative they all were and also very friendly and tidy! Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future for bathroom remodels! Kitchen turned out better than I imagined and I am obsessed with it!
