What started off as a big job only got bigger when the city catch basin over-flowed and dumped water into our basement for three hours. Since we were out of town, it was reassuring to know that James and his crew did what needed to be done to fix the problem. James was in constant communication to give us all our options and he helped steer us in the right direction.

We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good.

Jay and his crews from Prestige remodeled my master bath, taking much of it clear down to the studs. They removed the old Jacuzzi tub, moved the toilet, moved the linen closet, built a huge new double shower, and replaced the floor with new ceramic tile. All new lights and fans and plumbing fixtures and paint, as well as a heated floor.
