I had my kitchen redone and some tile work in the bathroom done by Terry. He was pretty easy going and had some great ideas. His crew was always respectful of my home and cleaned the house up everyday before leaving. He got done on time, he also took care of the permit and inspector and anything else that came up. I will be using him to replace my roof.

Although the scope of the project grew after other issues were discovered during the repairs, Edvin and his crew stayed on the job full time for several days until the repairs were 100% completed. Way way better than expected. There are always stories about contractors being difficult to contact, not showing up, etc. NOT THIS COMPANY! These guys were amazing; started early, on time every time and worked a full day. They were all polite and friendly, but the thing that stands out most to my husband and I is the quality of their work. Unbelievable. We used the word “artist” more than once. The best painting we’ve ever seen. Immaculate work, sharp, neat lines. No shortcuts were taken on anything. Every little detail was done top notch. The owner, Mr. Ramirez, was often on site and did much of the work. He was very easy to talk to and explained things clearly. If we came up with an idea, he was all for it and would improve on it and then make it happen. This company will not let you down. We had a whole house renovation. We took a home built in 1792 and made the bathroom and doors ADA compliant, painted, wallpapered, put book shelves in, carpeted, all new floors, new kitchen appliances, backsplash, 2 ceiling fans and 11 light fixtures, all new fixtures in both bathrooms. They also made the ugliest bathroom I’ve ever seen into a spa like, beautifully tiled, gleaming, spacious room. And they were so tidy, squared away the materials and swept every day. Far exceeded expectations and so nice. We miss them! But our house is perfect now-no more work to be done. Someone else’s turn now. :)

We had some cedar siding repairs done and the whole exterior of the house stained. Alex kept very good communication through the project and he and his crew were very professional. The siding installation was done very well and they addressed other minor repairs as needed. They finished the project very quickly. Also, we added staining an interior sunroom to match mid-project and the change was priced very fairly. Excellent experience overall. We would not hesitate to call Alex again for future projects.

Alex and his team did a really great job at repairing holes in our dining room and kitchen ceilings – the aftermath of a water leak. There’s no trace of the damage. The repair was also quick – less than a day to patch and paint – and very reasonably priced (about 1/3 the price quoted to us by the water damage mitigation service). Lastly, Alex and his team were very conscientious: they draped everything in plastic, minimized the mess, and by the time they left there was only a little dust left over. This was the best home contracting experience I’ve had in 20 years!
