I was locked out of my apt. I did not want to have my door broken down by the fire department nor did I want to pay that crazy price for a locksmith and then have to cover the cost of a new lock installation. I needed to unlock my door via the entrance of my window, therefore, I needed a ladder to reach my floor, so I called this company. Best decision ever in this situation! Shane Walters construction is no doubt by far the best roofing company in Brooklyn and NYC. He gave my boss the best rubber roof and made recommendations. He used EPDM rubber roof. He tore up the band roof and replaced and secured rotten wood then two underlayments. He also made a "CRICKET" to make sure all water goes towards the drain. Give me new drain hole , new metal on sides of house and chimney . New skylight and new made a new hatch. Gave me an iron clad contract. It's so nice I can go to sleep on the roof. The price is right and owner is happy. I highly recommend Shane. He is the truth!
