We had water damage in our condo due to our neighbor’s AC leaking. There was extensive work to be done including mold clean up and treatment, new floor installation, painting.. I had ABI Construction install a new fire-resistant, cool roof with radiant barrier, ridge vent, and gutters. Our project manager, Jordan, production coordinator Marcus, and infield supervisor, Jonathan, were all a joy to work with. Marcus always responded quickly to answer any questions I had and kept me informed of work schedules or any weather or supply delays. If you have read horror stories about roofers, have no worries about these guys. They scheduled the work quickly and did a great job, showed up when they said they would, and were all very nice. Their gutter guy was super, explaining and showing me how to modify the downspouts when I get around to adding rain barrels, even which tools to use.

Loved working with jack and the ABI team once I called up for a quote. They were so quick to come out and inspect the damage we had from last years heavy rain and overall age. Not only were they fast, but the pricing was very reasonable and beat out all other quotes. They delivery and installation was very quick, the crews were on time and very clean - highly recommend working with the ABI team and would definitely call them again for other construction needs around the house. Fair price and guaranteed work was done before collection of full payment. Work was completed as promised along with follow up inspections. March 2018...My husband and I found Eagle Pride when we asked three contractors to renovate our condo. Gary was on time and we both felt when he left he was the guy for the job. He's a x Navy seebee, as my father was, so I knew he had years of construction background ( for those of you who don't know, a seebee is a contractor for the Navy. They have a "can do" montra and Gary embodies that). Gary and his team came when they said. Finished when they said. Cleaned up daily and their work was perfect. We would recommend Eagle Pride with more stars if we could. Definitely get a bid from them and know these guys are the real deal. They are who you are looking for to do your job. Inside or outside. They do everything you would need. One stop shop.
