We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. Our experience with Norm and Don was fantastic. As the Construction Manager, Don always kept us up to date on progress and when to expect work to be performed. They always showed up when promised and the finished products exceeded our expectations. Norm, Don and their crew are very professional and are a pleasure to work with. I hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors. John did all the tile work in the kitchen and bath, matching it perfectly with the existing tile in both rooms. He also built wooden built-ins with cabinets and drawers in our master bedroom and new office. He is extremely detail oriented and very skilled. His trim work is perfection. Artistic Construction took what seemed to be a huge disaster and created something I never imagined my basement could be....even better at a very reasonable price.
