These guys are AWESOME!! They had entire stucco wall repaired & refinished, fixed it beautifully. Also they re-did our pool coping that previous contractor failed - it came out perfect! Very highly recommend Mr. Lee as my new perfect contractor.

Lee was wonderful and easy to work with. I needed brick work done on my mom’s house after we had water come in after the last hurricane. He identified 2 bricks that needed to be replaced. He did pointing and sealing. He was great at explaining what needed to get done and a timeline of when he could get to our job.

I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job.
