The Northland team is amazing! They listened to our needs and wants and hit the ground running. The design process was so much fun, and they truly nailed it! Our on-site contractor dealt with all the details, subcontractors, and inspectors. We know he was constantly juggling it all from behind the scenes and really took the stress off of us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire Northland team!

Got estimates that ranged from $7900 (ridiculous price for a job that big!) to $56000 (does that include new siding and someone to keep me warm at night? ) and went with Zurc as they were towards the lower point but seemed to have good reviews.
