We had a time-sensitive flooring project in our new home. The old flooring consisted of three different materials (carpet, tile, wood)… very dated and boring. Every other flooring company couldn’t provide a quick turnaround (3 weeks to 3 months was the range) or was pushing substandard product and offering to float over the existing floor to avoid pulling up everything.
