We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. Replaced rotted exterior wood trim and painted to match existing. Unstuck painted shut windows. Repaired sticking kitchen drawer. Found other areas of exterior trim that needed replacing (which I appreciated) as well as checking some areas that did not need work. Completely professional and thorough.
