The retail space we took over was a mess. We had to start again with plumbing, electrics, removing walls and taking everything back to a blank canvas. Elite removed tons of waste. I felt that Elite was qualified to handle all the aspects of the project. I hired DFS In-Home Services to replace a roof for an office building I own. I checked with a few companies and after reviewing all the bids, I found that DFS In-Home Services not only gave me a good price, but provided the most professional contract that I felt protected me well as a business owner. The work was completed on time, the price did not change, all the work was done professionally, best materials, no issues with any part of the roof and they left the property very clean as what they promised. There was an issue with a window that was damaged during the roof installation, but DFS In-Home Services took care of it immediately and without any hassle.
