Never in a million years after enduring property loss like I have did I think I would ever own a place that looks as good as it's shaping up to be. I will post pictures soon. We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. They were reliable, attentive, reasonable and professional. The apartment was cleaned each night and their staff was excellent. It was a pleasure to have Josef as my contractor. Replaced rotted exterior wood trim and painted to match existing. Unstuck painted shut windows. Repaired sticking kitchen drawer. Found other areas of exterior trim that needed replacing (which I appreciated) as well as checking some areas that did not need work. Completely professional and thorough. Right on time when they said they would be here. Appreciated their good advice on what needed further attention and what did not. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Pro Solution Remodeling and More is an excellent company. The staff did an amazing job with a screen door repair that has caused problems for years .I am very happy with the outcome. Moving into a new home is so overwhelming,even looking for the right painters. Pro Solution is the way to go! I got my kitchen painted and they also put a back splash behind my kitchen sink ,they did a great job so good I asked them to come back and do my master bedroom bathroom and YESS they did a excellent job from stripping the paper to painting the walls and ceilings. The pictures of the yellow kitchen with the brown and tan back splash... that's me! I'll be reaching out again for more projects.
