Ivan and his team did a fantastic job on our back deck and patio area! We needed sanding, new railings and capping, and staining and our deck looks brand new! They also leveled out our patio pavers that had sunken in all in 1 and half days! We will for sure use them again for future house renovations and repairs.

Ivan and his partner did a great job on several drywall cracks we had from settling. You can’t even tell they were there. He also re-stained our peeling front door, which also looks amazing. There was a team of one electrician, plumber, dry wallers–about 7 people who were at my house by 8:30 a.m. and completed the entire job by 3 p.m. They worked quickly and professionally and the results were exactly what I wanted. Next day, Paul called to make sure the washer/dryer were working well and I was happy.

Paul Donahue of Donahue Enterprises oversaw the entire kitchen remodeling project, which included demolition of the old kitchen, installation of new flooring, demo of a wall and design of a new peninsula between the kitchen and the dining room, and installation of backsplash tile. In addition, Paul coordinated and oversaw sub-contractors for installation of new lighting, plumbing, installation of cabinets and countertops, appliance installation, and gas line installation with a vent to the outside.

This project was done on a 100+ year old house. The work included remodelling of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, and enclosing an unheated porch of about 160 sq ft. A deck was replaced and enlarged and numerous windows were replaced. Paul helped us initially in nailing down what we wanted to do. He taught us a lot about the options and the pros and cons of different materials and techniques. He was willing to accompany us to look at materials and fixtures.
