Lee was wonderful and easy to work with. I needed brick work done on my mom’s house after we had water come in after the last hurricane. He identified 2 bricks that needed to be replaced. He did pointing and sealing. He was great at explaining what needed to get done and a timeline of when he could get to our job.

Working with BUILD 33 to build a new home was a really a great experience. They deeply understand new home design, building process, risk construction management and cost cutting particularly are intuitive artists to make home really pretty and comfortable. They responded our questions quickly and were willing for adapting every change that we wanted to make along the way with reasonable charges from the change orders. Other people warned us against changes because the costs could be easily escalated, but BUILD 33 came with acceptable price. The founder, Dr. Alex Zhou, was a prestigious UCLA Visiting Scholar/Assistant Professor and holds CSLB General Contractor license. He really demonstrated he is a top professional in Civil Engineering through the entire courses of our new home construction. They make it affordable for a young couple to build a home. My experience working with BUILD 33 is really great for our Kitchen & Living Room remodeling. When we walked into our new Kitchen & Living Room, both my wife and I did not have breath and were shocked by so fantastic job done. As a normal practice I do not give a written opinion regarding the work a company completed on my house. I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job. From the initial meeting to select the tile and materials, the demolition and the rebuild it was obvious they have the expertise to do the job and they take pride in their workmanship and strive to meet and or exceed their customers’ expectations.
