Several years ago we sustained a devastating tragedy to the bottom floor of our home due to a flood while we were out of town. From walls to flooring to cabinetry to anything you can imagine it had to be removed. We were introduced to James Kohl by a good friend who does high-end real estate and is very picky about making sure the best of the best work is done for his clients. James and his team were very responsive in coming out and assessing the damage and loss and proposing a plan of action to get us back in our home. James even took me to his own home to look at some recommendations and show the work that he’s capable of. It was greatly appreciated and impressive.
