The one big thing for us was the timeline because I was expecting our first child. It was really important to us to have a working kitchen when our baby came and we also had a pretty tight budget. When I think about hiring Elliot, the main thing I notice is his communication skills and the quality of his work. He's very good at communicating what needs to be done, what's entailed, if there's another way of way of doing it that might be less expensive and still gives me the quality I want. He always has alternate suggestions if one is necessary and if I don't even know what I am asking for he always has an idea.
