We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. This is the first time that I'd hired a contractor since our house was built about 22 years ago. When the crew was going to be delayed on start time, Pete let us know. The crew was good about consulting with us so we got what we wanted, or if we needed to make adjustments in our expectations because we have an old house. We appreciated how everyone worked with us.
