We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. They were very responsive to our requests to design specialized plexiglass products in our dental research office. Specifically, we required two (2) toothbrush/mouth rinsing containment shields fabricated in our test product distribution room, four (4) glass panels to separate operatories, and a plexiglass box to enclose our ultrasonic cleaner. They designed these systems in record time and did a beautiful job with the installation. I would definitely call them again to perform additional construction projects in the future

Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. David's Remodeling has been working on projects, large and small, for me for many years. They recently did an extensive re-do of my kitchen, taking the walls down to the studs, raising the ceiling and moving beams. There were many challenges in my 100 yr. old house which David met intelligently and handled wonderfully. The outcome is fantastic! Prior to the kitchen, they did a large bathroom remodel for me - taking an existing bathroom, bedroom and hallway space, reconfiguring it into a large master bath and closet. Once again, the job was done to perfection.
