Very good, communication was great, responded fast to all issues, crew was professional and owner was on scene performing job as well. Very fair price compared to estimates from several other contractors. Would recommend to anyone, will be using him again in the Spring for more projects.

Replaced rotted exterior wood trim and painted to match existing. Unstuck painted shut windows. Repaired sticking kitchen drawer. Found other areas of exterior trim that needed replacing (which I appreciated) as well as checking some areas that did not need work. Completely professional and thorough. Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. Ivan figured it out, worked diligently and it came out beautiful. He arrived on time, was very respectful and cleaned up well. Great work ethic and attitude.
