Remodeling La Follette

We used URG to add a second story over half of our house - this included a new bathroom, two new rooms, several new windows/doors, a rooftop patio, and a significant amount of structural work and 'leveling' of our old home. URG did an awesome job on the addition/remodel - and we will certainly work with them in the future!

We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good.

Jay and his crews from Prestige remodeled my master bath, taking much of it clear down to the studs. They removed the old Jacuzzi tub, moved the toilet, moved the linen closet, built a huge new double shower, and replaced the floor with new ceramic tile. A colleague referred me to The Dan Company for repair of the patio / roof on the third floor of my house, after I noticed water intrusion on the ceiling of the room below.
