A colleague referred me to The Dan Company for repair of the patio / roof on the third floor of my house, after I noticed water intrusion on the ceiling of the room below. The Dan Company did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue, and their team communicated clearly with me every step of the way — from the first visit to provide an estimate until following up with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome. David did a fantastic job on a recent home project. I had water damage to my living room ceiling and my crown molding had separated from the ceiling due to the house settling. David went up into the attic and discovered the source of the leak, gave me an awesome temporary fix until I could call a roofer. Then he did an absolutely seamless job repairing my ceiling with new drywall, shoring up my crown molding and painting the entire ceiling. He did all this withing the time frame he estimated, on budget, and was respectful of the room by taking care of the work area way above my expectations. I would highly recommend him for any of your home projects. I give him an A+++++
