I genuinely feel humbled and compelled to leave a good review. I bought a bottom floor condo. Leaks are a part of the life in a condo. Never in a million years after enduring property loss like I have did I think I would ever own a place that looks as good as it's shaping up to be. I will post pictures soon. Replaced rotted exterior wood trim and painted to match existing. Unstuck painted shut windows. Repaired sticking kitchen drawer. Found other areas of exterior trim that needed replacing (which I appreciated) as well as checking some areas that did not need work. Completely professional and thorough.
